I called a number of mobile repair companies when I needed an A/C replacement only to get no answer and no call backs.  The best I could get was a text from one of them, one line, the cost to do the job.

My last call was to Dan at CAVU RV.  He returned my call immediately and we spoke for over 20 minutes, working with me to detail the problem and the solution.  We soon scheduled the repair and agreed on a price beforehand.

His tech's, Calab and Katie, were running a bit late for the appointment due to their first job taking longer than planned.  However, they kept me informed of their new arrival, which ended up being at the end of the day, 5 o'clock.

Even with an obvious long day behind them they both started my project with enthusiasm and immediately demonstrated their knowledge, experience and professionalism.  We ran into a few complications but they figured them and we finished by flashlight.

The installation turned out perfectly and I got the bonus of spending a few hours with a very personable team, making a hot, uncomfortable job, a pleasure.

Calab and Katie, thank you so much for taking care of me with such ease.  Dan, keep up what you're doing.  You're one of those rare finds that deserves the praise.

From the first time we called him , we received nothing but professionalism and transparency. Other company’s only wanted our money and they were willing to take every dime they could. Dan scheduled an inspection with us so that way he could have a fair and educated estimate. He sent one of his employees (Fidel) out to inspect our camper and confirmed what we had suspected. I wanted a thorough inspection before moving the camper and eventually traveling with it, and he went through it carefully and gave me a much better understanding of its overall condition.
He found and repaired a severed brake wire, repaired and tested the breakaway brake wiring, replaced the dead battery, checked the charging system, tested the LP system, refrigerator, A/C, awning, slide, lights, vents, tires, and several other items. He also pointed out things that will need attention in the future instead of trying to make everything sound like an emergency.
What I appreciated most was the peace of mind. This is an older camper that means a lot to me, and after the inspection I feel much more confident knowing what is good, what has been repaired, and what I should address going forward.
Dan was knowledgeable, thorough, and straightforward with me. I would definitely recommend CAVU RV Mobile Repair to someone wanting their RV inspected or repaired.
