Absolutely the best you can find in the Greenville area.

I called a number of mobile repair companies when I needed an A/C replacement only to get no answer and no call backs.  The best I could get was a text from one of them, one line, the cost to do the job.

My last call was to Dan at CAVU RV.  He returned my call immediately and we spoke for over 20 minutes, working with me to detail the problem and the solution.  We soon scheduled the repair and agreed on a price beforehand.

His tech's, Calab and Katie, were running a bit late for the appointment due to their first job taking longer than planned.  However, they kept me informed of their new arrival, which ended up being at the end of the day, 5 o'clock.

Even with an obvious long day behind them they both started my project with enthusiasm and immediately demonstrated their knowledge, experience and professionalism.  We ran into a few complications but they figured them and we finished by flashlight.

The installation turned out perfectly and I got the bonus of spending a few hours with a very personable team, making a hot, uncomfortable job, a pleasure.

We have a two year-old motorhome and we’re new to the area. Our electronic stabilizer stopped working and we carry an extended warranty. I reached out to Dan and he was professional right from the start. He came out the same day figured out what the problem was ordered the parts and he took the warranty. My wife and I could not be happier with Dan and his company. From the first time we called him , we received nothing but professionalism and transparency. Other company’s only wanted our money and they were willing to take every dime they could. Dan scheduled an inspection with us so that way he could have a fair and educated estimate. He sent one of his employees (Fidel) out to inspect our camper and confirmed what we had suspected. Fidel then came the following week and repaired our issue and it looks like the issue was never there. Dan and Caleb with CAVU RV Mobile Repair did a great job inspecting my 2013 Jayco White Hawk. I wanted a thorough inspection before moving the camper and eventually traveling with it, and he went through it carefully and gave me a much better understanding of its overall condition.
He found and repaired a severed brake wire, repaired and tested the breakaway brake wiring, replaced the dead battery, checked the charging system, tested the LP system, refrigerator, A/C, awning, slide, lights, vents, tires, and several other items. He also pointed out things that will need attention in the future instead of trying to make everything sound like an emergency.
What I appreciated most was the peace of mind. This is an older camper that means a lot to me, and after the inspection I feel much more confident knowing what is good, what has been repaired, and what I should address going forward.
